Upper East Side Townhouse
IA built a full-height rear extension and new roof bulkhead on this 10,000 sq. ft. townhouse on the Upper East Side. The full gut renovation included the installation of all custom high-end finishes, new mechanicals, a new elevator, a braided bronze and travertine stair, milled screen, custom terracotta facade and a Sarah Oppenheimer piece.
