IA performed a full gut renovation on this landmarked Upper East Side townhouse, including excavation and expansion of the cellar; installation of all new windows; restoration of the brownstone facade; installation of new mechanicals; restoration of the original stair and original historic window trim; and installation of new stone fireplaces and mantles.
